Job Description:
- Apply mathematical analysis using Tebra to evaluate patient outcome data, identifying correlations between treatments and success rates. Utilize statistical methods to enhance decision-making in healthcare operations, using Tebra and MedInformatics.
- Employ Davlong for Electronic Health Record (EHR) management, overseeing the integration of patient data, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans. Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare Regulations.
- Leverage Tebra for financial analytics within the organization, conducting costbenefit analyses of various procedures, treatments, and equipment investments. Generate reports to support strategic financial decision-making.
- Develop and implement comprehensive issue tracking and resolution systems, ensuring timely identification and resolution of operational challenges within the healthcare center, leveraging issue tracking tools such as Jira.
- Spearhead financial analytics initiatives, conducting in-depth cost-benefit analyses and utilizing statistical methods to assess the economic viability of different healthcare procedures and services, using financial analytics tools like Tebra.
- Implement Paycom for payroll management, integrating employee data, tracking hours, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Generate comprehensive reports for auditing and financial analysis.
- Optimize Zocdoc to coordinate appointment scheduling and enhance operational efficiency. Analyze appointment data trends to identify peak hours, enabling effective resource allocation.
- Lead projects to enhance online presence and reputation management of the organization, utilizing data-driven strategies to attract new patients and improve the visibility of the company, leveraging online presence management tools such as Google My Business and Google Analytics.
- Leverage Monday.com and Jira for meticulous project management and datacentric issue resolution in healthcare projects. Craft dynamic task-tracking boards on Monday.com to precisely monitor progress across departmental projects to specifically meet the data-driven operational needs of the ophthalmology department. Apply Jira’s Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflow efficiency and promptly resolve issues.
